Job Description
The CarrXpert Body Shop department at Ste-Marie Automobiles is seeking a proactive and motivated dent repair technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
The salary is competitive and will be determined based on experience.
You will contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring cosmetic and durable repairs on our GM and other brands' new and pre-owned vehicles.
Profile sought
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in dent repair or in a body shop (experience required).
- Mastery of paintless dent repair (PDR) techniques and basic body shop knowledge.
- Ability to read repair orders and estimate the required work.
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity and team spirit.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
- Valid driver's license.
