At Subaru Métropolitain, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Controller to strengthen our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all financial functions of our dealership. Your expertise will contribute to supporting our mission of providing an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the financial health of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with management.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial resources.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Oversee billing processes and general accounting.
  • Implement and adhere to financial policies and internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to management to optimize profitability.
  • Analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a controller or in a similar financial role, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Strong analytical skills in financial analysis and budget management.
  • Excellent mastery of accounting and financial management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
