We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to ensure the delivery of sold vehicles, the signing of documents, and the explanation of vehicle functions to customers.

Job Description As a Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure the coordination and smooth execution of deliveries, from document preparation to a detailed explanation of the features of the delivered vehicles. You are the key point of contact between the sales teams and customers during the handover of the vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate deliveries of sold vehicles in accordance with procedures and deadlines.
  • Prepare delivery documents and ensure their signatures (contracts, invoices, delivery notes, key handover).
  • Explain in a clear and pedagogical manner the functions and features of the delivered vehicles, answer customers’ questions, and demonstrate essential equipment.
  • Verify compliance of documents and customer information and ensure traceability of deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the sales, financing and after-sales teams to provide a seamless and flawless customer experience.
  • Manage returns, adjustments or additional deliveries according to internal procedures.
  • Maintain a delivery calendar and contribute to optimizing routes and time slots.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience required in a similar role, ideally in automotive or delivery logistics.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a simple and accessible way.
  • Service orientation, rigor and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in French; English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
