Mega Kia Brossard, a dealership specializing in electric vehicles located in Brossard, is seeking a passionate and skilled Mechanic / Technician to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain electric and hybrid vehicles in accordance with manufacturer procedures and the collective agreement.
- Work on electrical, electronic, engines, and battery systems, and perform necessary interventions.
- Perform diagnostics using specialized tools and document interventions in the internal system.
- Collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure deadlines are met and work quality is impeccable.
- Participate in ongoing training and update skills on Kia and Hyundai technologies.
- Follow safety protocols and workplace standards.
Profile:
- Diploma in automotive mechanics.
- CPA card.
- Experience with electric vehicles.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required; experience with Kia or Hyundai is valued.
- Excellent team spirit, customer service orientation, and good communication skills.
- Availability for day and evening shifts.
Conditions and Benefits:
- Day shift: 5 days a week (40 hours), Monday to Friday.
- Evening shift: 4 days a week (40 hours), from 5 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., Monday to Thursday.
- Annual salary up to $107,000 according to the collective agreement.
