Job description
Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-service-oriented Lot Attendant to join the dynamic Subaru Repentigny team, a member of Tremblay Auto Group. With at least one year of experience in a similar role or in customer service, you will contribute to delivering a positive and seamless customer experience on the lot.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors on the lot, guide them to the appropriate departments and respond to their requests within the scope of your responsibilities.
- Maintain order, cleanliness and safety of the lot; ensure smooth flow of vehicles and their proper parking.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, test drives and returns, efficiently and professionally.
- Relay messages and documents between departments and customers; liaise with service advisors and sales consultants when necessary.
- Participate in the control of documents and equipment stock on the lot; ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Work closely with teams to ensure a consistent and frictionless customer experience.
Qualifications and required skills
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-service oriented role is required.
- Excellent communication skills in French; English is a bonus.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand for long periods; ability to handle light to moderate loads; availability may include evenings and weekends.
- Team spirit, strong organizational skills and attention to detail; safety and customer service orientation.
