We’re looking for:
Join a dynamic team in the automotive industry! OPENLANE, a leader in automotive remarketing, seeks a Mechanical Staging Coordinator with dealership experience.
You Will:
- Coordinate inbound mechanical shop inventory
- Ensure smooth and efficient production lines
- Dispatch ancillary services on-site
- Maintain knowledge of equipment and options concerning vehicles
Must Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Valid G Driver’s License, clean driver abstract, ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- A team player who is reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Nice to Haves:
- Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions
- Experience with OPENLANE’s operations team or similar roles
- 1-3 years office or general administration experience
- Experience with AMS, VTrace, and other OPENLANE systems
- Qualified/Experienced in operating plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, and/or tow trucks
