Job description

• Welcome customers at the parts counter and by phone, assess their needs and propose suitable Toyota parts and accessories.
• Perform effective sales, offer simple technical advice, and optimize upsell opportunities while maintaining impeccable service.
• Manage parts orders, returns and exchanges, ensure follow-up with the customer and after-sales service.
• Receive, check and store parts, maintain accurate and orderly inventory, and prepare orders for service or installation.
• Use the parts management computer system to enter orders, update prices and track stock.
• Collaborate with the service and store team to ensure a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Respect safety procedures, quality standards and the company’s policies.
• Participate in the display and optimization of the parts area to promote sales and promotions.

Profile sought

• Excellent customer service skills, active listening and clear communication.
