Job Description

At Ford St-Basile, we are looking for a motivated and passionate Parts Manager to join our dynamic team. In a friendly and professional environment, your role will be central to the management and optimization of operations related to automotive parts.

As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the parts inventory, ensuring optimal availability to meet our customers' needs.
  • Collaborating with service teams to anticipate demands and improve delivery times.
  • Establishing strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure effective and advantageous supply.
  • Analyzing sales trends and implementing strategies to maximize parts business performance.
  • Managing the departmental budget while optimizing costs and increasing profitability.
  • Training and supporting your team to ensure exceptional customer service while fostering a motivating work environment.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive parts management or a similar field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly Ford products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-oriented approach, combined with leadership and team management skills.
  • The ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities.
