Job description As part of a dynamic team at a car dealership/workshop, we are seeking a professional and service-oriented individual to fill the position of Receptionist / Hostess. Under the supervision of management and in interaction with the Sales and After-Sales departments, you will be the reception of clients and the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Your responsibilities include following up with clients for their service appointments and for ongoing interventions; tracking CSI and customer experience feedback to continuously improve the service.

Main responsibilities

  • Take and relay the pertinent information to the sales and workshop teams; schedule and confirm appointments in the system.
  • Follow up with clients for their service appointments and for ongoing interventions; monitor CSI and coordinate feedback on the customer experience to continuously improve the service.

  • Perform administrative tasks related to reception: data entry, updating the CRM, handling mail and emails, and document management.
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area; ensure cleanliness and accessibility of information intended for customers.
  • Related tasks as needed by the operational needs of the customer service and reception.

Profile sought

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector (dealership, after-sales or showroom).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French; English is an asset.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and a CRM system; ability to perform accurate data entry and manage priorities.
  • Customer service orientation, team spirit, discretion and reliability; ability to stay calm and be professional in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability and flexibility for a fixed schedule: 11:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Thursday and 11:00 to 18:00 on Fridays; ability to adapt to operational needs.
