Polestar Brossard, a member of the Taddeo Auto Group, is seeking a passionate Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team in Brossard, QC. Under the leadership of a rapidly growing family-owned company, you will participate in providing exceptional customer service and clear, effective technical solutions. In this role, you will be the essential link between customers and our technicians, ensuring transparency, reliability, and quality within a network that prioritizes excellence and commitment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and identify symptoms and needs to guide appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with technicians and service teams to diagnose problems and plan interventions.
• Prepare and present detailed estimates, explain options and costs, and advise customers on the best solutions.
• Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain customer records and repair history in the system, proactively communicating updates.
• Propose preventive solutions and maintenance recommendations to optimize vehicle performance and safety.
• Ensure safety standards and internal procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a technical role or in automotive after-sales service.
• Technical training in automotive mechanics or equivalent; solid understanding of vehicle mechanical and electronic systems.
• Proficiency with computer tools and service management software (DMS, CRM).
• Excellent communication skills, a sense of service, and listening abilities.
• Team spirit, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset. Valid driver’s license.
