Saint-Laurent Hyundai, a dealership located in Montreal, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the counter, ensure an initial understanding of their needs, and propose appropriate maintenance and repair solutions.
• Explain technical recommendations and associated costs in a clear and transparent manner.
• Work closely with technicians to plan interventions and track the progress of the work.
• Coordinate appointments, parts, and ancillary services (financing if applicable) to optimize time and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and document repair orders, ensure traceability of information, and guarantee the quality of the interactions with the customer.
• Keep up to date with knowledge about Hyundai vehicles and manufacturer procedures through ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal procedures, and service performance targets.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and loyalty through professional and courteous service.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role as a service advisor or after-sales service, ideally at an automobile dealership.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to simplify technical information for non-specialist customers.
• Knowledge of modern automotive systems and technologies; ability to interpret diagnostics and propose clear solutions.
• Bilingual in French and English (operational English is a significant advantage).
• Relevant degree in automotive technology or equivalent experience; team spirit and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment; availability for flexible hours.
