At Les Moteurs Décarie Jaguar Land Rover Bentley & Aston Martin, we are looking for a passionate Technical Advisor who wants to join our exceptional team. Your Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth technical advice to customers regarding our luxury brands, focusing on meeting their needs.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions while adhering to service quality standards.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth and effective communication of vehicle-related information.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest technologies and innovations from the brands we represent.
- Take charge of creating detailed technical documents outlining suggested repairs and maintenance for each vehicle.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, motivating them to return for their future maintenance and repair needs.
Required Profile:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a technical role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Passion for luxury vehicles and strong knowledge of Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, and Aston Martin brands.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to listen and respond to customer needs.
- Organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
