Job description

As a technical advisor, you are the link between our clients and the workshop. You greet customers, identify their needs, explain the work to be done, and ensure they leave satisfied. You combine customer service, technical knowledge, and sales skills to offer a complete and professional experience.

What you will do:

  • Welcome customers and identify their needs;
  • Explain recommended repairs and maintenance;
  • Present recommended products and services;
  • Coordinate work with the workshop and follow up;
  • Manage the opening and closing of work orders;
  • Coordinate with the warranty management team to obtain necessary warranty approvals;
  • Coordinate with fleet and insurance companies for approval and payment of repairs;
  • Verify customer satisfaction upon delivery;
  • Contribute to achieving the department's objectives.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a technical advisor or estimator (CJDR experience = asset);
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset;
  • Dynamic, organized, and team-oriented;
  • Strong interest in sales and automobiles;
  • Proficiency in French (English an asset).
