Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Director of Fixed Operations, the Business Centre Agent (CDA) acts as a customer follow-up agent for the sales team of Polestar Montreal.

To perform the following tasks
  • Act as the first responder for leads, SMS, and emails (CRM tool ACTIVIX)
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Enter information into Activix and follow up on the status of potential clients properly
  • Solicit clients to schedule an in-store appointment
  • Explain our services and collect the necessary information to open the file and schedule appointments for sales advisors
  • Confirm appointments
  • Conduct post-sales follow-up to assess the satisfaction level of our clientele
  • Participate in any product and service training as requested by the supervisor
  • Attend service meetings
  • Quickly report any equipment damage or dangerous situation to management
  • Ensure compliance with Quebec laws on occupational health and safety to maintain a safe environment
  • Carry out any other tasks requested by the superior and as per the organization's needs.
