Audi Lauzon, a member of the large Lauzon family, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of delivery specialist.
The Lauzon Group is a family-owned business renowned in the automotive field for 60 years. Your main responsibilities:

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles to clients in a professional manner and perform various support functions at the request of your supervisor.

Oversee the preparation for the delivery of every sold vehicle, ensuring that the chosen options have been installed correctly and that all features are fully functional.

Verify that the representative and the sales manager have completed all necessary documentation to avoid issues after delivery.

Explain and have clients sign financing documents.

Explain and present the functions of the vehicle.

Carry out vehicle registrations (SAAQCLIC).

Coordinate the delivery of vehicles to clients, offer a tour of the dealership facilities, and introduce clients to the appropriate staff, including the manager and after-sales advisor.

Ensure that every client is satisfied with the delivery and performance of their car.

Promptly address customer issues or complaints by immediately informing the sales manager.

Support the sales department in various tasks: moving vehicles on the lot, etc.

All other related tasks.
