We are looking for a Delivery Attendant/Document Assembler to join our team!
As part of your job, you will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering their vehicle professionally and performing various support functions as requested by your superior:
- Follow up on customer satisfaction levels;
- Handle expenses;
- Supervise the preparation for the delivery of all sold vehicles, ensuring that the chosen options have been installed correctly and that all features are fully functional (tinted windows, markings, mats, etc.);
- Ensure that elements requiring installation are scheduled;
- Ensure that the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner's manual, etc.);
- Coordinate the delivery; collect amounts due upon delivery, offer a tour of the dealership facilities, and introduce clients to the appropriate dealership staff, including the manager and the service advisor;
- Carry out the delivery, explaining all the features of the car to the client, including manufacturer warranty, services offered by the dealership, and customer satisfaction survey;
- Address customer issues or complaints promptly by informing the sales manager immediately;
- Actively participate in the follow-up and follow-up program for owners to foster customer loyalty;
- Actively engage in various customer service-related matters;
- Support sales managers when necessary;
- Perform other tasks as needed and instructed by management.
The ideal candidate presents themselves in a professional manner and has a neat appearance, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
We offer a salary starting from $50,000 per year.
