Convinced of the reliability of the Japanese brand, Mr. Réjean Losier opened his first dealership in 2003 in partnership with the Boisvert Group in the city of Blainville. This marked the beginning of a great adventure!
We can say that the Losier Group, now owning 4 Mitsubishi dealerships as well as several recreational vehicle and used vehicle dealerships, has a bright future ahead. Therefore, we are constantly looking for new talents to add to our teams.
So here we are to discuss the position offered with us.
The director or manager of financial services plays a central role in the financial and operational success of a car dealership. The tasks that await you are as follows:
• Insurance management: ensure the sale of replacement insurance, life and health insurance, extended warranties, and any other supplementary protection.
• Management of financing and credit: handle financing and leasing transactions and ensure that clear and detailed explanations are given to the client on all aspects of financing.
• Financial management: ensure negotiation with banks and financial institutions.
• Compliance: ensure that files (sales or leasing contracts) are completed accurately.
• Customer service: provide follow-up with clients.
• Performance analysis.
• Stay informed about new financial institutions.
• All other related tasks.

Here are the ideal SKILLS and PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES we are looking for:
• Knowledge related to a financial F&I department (mandatory)
• Exceptional mastery of customer service
• Excellent ability to build trusting relationships
• A sharp listening sense
• Outstanding work ethic and rigor
• Great ease in working with teams
• Strong skills in analytics, mathematics, and problem-solving
• Good command of the Office Suite
• Good command of computer tools
• Bilingual FR/EN (an asset)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
