Salary:
• Annual salary up to $80,000 based on your performance. • Base salary plus commissions.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a technical advisor; • Excellence in customer service; • Bilingualism (an asset); • Good computer skills (knowledge of Serit is an asset); • Sales skills; • Knowledge of Ford products (an important asset).
Summary of the job description:
Welcome customers and gather the required information to determine the repair and maintenance needs of clients' vehicles. Sell maintenance services according to the client's needs while ensuring the quality of customer service. Ensure thorough follow-up on client files.
