We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team!
Job Description
- Open work orders;
- Close work orders;
- Prepare appointments for the following day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles;
- Take calls and schedule appointments;
- Follow up on ordered parts;
- Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty including prepaid maintenance plans;
- Make requests related to extended warranties;
- Manage multiple IT platforms.
** Candidates who have worked in various positions within the automotive industry are welcome. **
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive field (any type of position);
- Bilingual in French and English (an asset);
- Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public).
We offer a permanent position with a 5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday), no weekends.
The company provides work uniforms. Join a stable team within an expanding company.
Salary between $65,000 and $85,000 per year.
