Welcome and respond to customer needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the inspection/repair process.
Monitor the progress of agreed-upon work with the client and communicate any deviations from the initial agreement (delays, additional costs, etc.).
Handle the receipt and delivery of motor vehicles.
Use the point-of-sale system to process transactions and manage payments.
Ensure the supply, follow-ups, and research for parts necessary for workshop work and/or customer needs (when the parts clerk is absent).
Manage the reception and coordination of service calls from clients (both internal and external).
Establish a preliminary diagnosis and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
Respond to and take care of the client promptly.
Prepare estimates for work to be done and draft quotes and work orders.
Follow up with clients on ongoing and upcoming work.
Handle warranty cases.
Coordinate work to be executed with the supervisor and the team leader in Service.
Ensure that technicians adhere to written repair and warranty procedures and follow up with the Service supervisor.
Review and control work orders after each repair.
Address customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service and assist in customer retention.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
Facilitate teamwork and foster a positive and stimulating work environment.
Actively contribute to the company's objectives.

Desired profile
Excellent customer service focused on client satisfaction
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask
Ability to quickly assess problems and propose effective innovative solutions
Expertise in automobile mechanics (electric vehicles is a plus) and in troubleshooting
Minimum of 3 years as a technical advisor or equivalent
Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
Good leadership skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Initiative
Good stress management
Excellent adaptability
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Bilingual in French and English
Knowledge of the Serti software is a plus
Professional Studies Diploma (DEP) in mechanics or another related field is a plus
