RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet clients upon their arrival at the service and assess their needs.

Open work orders and establish cost and time estimates for repairs or maintenance.

Advise clients on necessary services and maintenance options.

Explain in detail the work to be performed, the associated costs, and obtain client approval.

Coordinate with the Workshop Manager to ensure that services are performed according to specifications and timelines.

Communicate the progress of repairs or maintenance to clients.

Close work orders, process transactions, and return vehicles to clients.

Follow up post-service to confirm client satisfaction.

Maintain all service and client records up to date in the management system (DMS).

REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar relevant position.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in computer tools, including service management software such as Serti.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
