Groupe Alliance is currently looking to integrate a Service Director.

With your experience, you will be able to take the steering wheel immediately and position yourself at the heart of Groupe Alliance, its operations, decisions, and actions to be taken.

Your role: make the Exceptional live for both clients and your team!

Your responsibilities: As the service director, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of qualified technicians: creating a safe, high-quality work environment conducive to performance, enjoyment, and the growth of the service department by fostering a human working atmosphere and valuing the work done;

• Managing service operations: maximizing and managing schedules, tracking and measuring work quality, providing guidance and managing claims and technical support, while ensuring a balance between financial profitability of operations, customer service, and the technical team;

• Staying up to date with your technical knowledge: keeping up with technological advancements in the trailer and recreational vehicle industry and ensuring that the team has the tools and knowledge necessary to ensure the growth of skills in the mechanical shop based on growth opportunities;

• Ensuring customer satisfaction: guaranteeing exceptional customer service by resolving issues quickly and effectively, clearly communicating with clients, and exceeding their expectations;

• Collaborating with other departments: working closely with sales, parts, and administration departments to ensure a smooth and optimal customer experience.
