Job Description

Deschamps Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC in Sainte-Julie is looking for a full-time Service Department Director with experience.

This manager ensures the smooth operation of various aspects of the dealership's after-sales service:

  • Supervision of the mechanical workshop to ensure efficient maintenance tasks, completion of training programs, compliance with CNESST standards, and employee satisfaction with their schedules;
  • Optimization of the follow-up system and coordination of appointments by the BDC department, providing quality customer service and quick management of complaints and dissatisfactions;
  • Management of the SAAQ mandate counter to ensure smooth vehicle inspections for compliance, while maintaining the inspectors' training at the required level.

Productivity, effective management, and optimization are the main objectives to be achieved, while maintaining a balance between the roles of facilitator and manager.
