Job description Léveillé Ford, a Ford dealership in Saint-Jérôme, is seeking a Detailer / Washer who is passionate about attention to detail and excellence in customer service to join our dynamic team. You will contribute to delivering an impeccable first impression by preparing our vehicles with care, both in the showroom and after service work.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean the exterior and interior of vehicles according to Léveillé Ford standards and internal procedures.
• Perform interior detailing: vacuuming, surface cleaning, dusting, care of textiles and leather, cleaning of glass surfaces and windows.
• Apply recommended aesthetic treatments and finishes (care products, light waxing, conditioning as needed).
• Prepare vehicles for delivery, test drives, and return to service, by verifying overall cosmetic condition and reporting any defects.
• Keep wash areas and common areas clean and safe; manage stock of products and tools.
• Work in collaboration with the Sales and Service departments to ensure a consistent and professional customer experience.
• Adhere to safety procedures and applicable environmental standards.

Requirements and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive detailing or professional washing role.
• Knowledge of detailing products and techniques, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Team spirit, reliability, and excellent time management.
• Valid driver's license (a plus).
