Responsibilities:
- Sell products and warranties;
- Be responsible for financing;
- Establish a trusting relationship with customers;
- Explain the features and benefits of the products offered;
- Negotiate and find mutually beneficial solutions;
- Understand administrative practices and processes, including record keeping and the preparation of financial documents;
- Communicate information effectively, verbally or in writing;
- Listen and ask the right questions;
- Communicate and convey all necessary information regarding the vehicle, delivery, or other matters;
- Work together with the delivery and accounting departments.
Desired skills:
- Relevant experience as a Finance Manager;
- Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, at an intermediate-advanced level to communicate with our unilingual Francophone clientele, as well as due to the significant number of unilingual Anglophone clients we have;
- Sales skills and exceptional customer service;
- Knowledge of dealer track, desk it, Rote one software;
- Professional attitude;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
