We are looking for a talented and motivated Financial Services Director to join our team at Joliette Volkswagen. In this key role, you will be responsible for financing the purchase or leasing of vehicles, as well as selling insurance, loans, and automotive warranties. You will play an essential role in guiding our clients throughout their buying experience, providing them with appropriate solutions and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financing solutions to facilitate the purchase or leasing of vehicles for our clients.
- Advise clients on the various financing, insurance, and warranty options available.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to questions and resolving concerns related to financial services.
- Work closely with the sales team to create attractive offers tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Keep your knowledge of financial products, market trends, and current regulations updated.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role in the automotive or financial sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build trustworthy relationships with clients.
- Team spirit, organizational skills, and autonomy in executing tasks.
- Knowledge of financial products and the regulations governing the automotive sector.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
