At Desjardins Subaru, we are looking for an experienced mechanic/technician passionate about the automotive industry and ready to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our dealership, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality service to our customers.
- 4 days a week (36 hours)
- Salary according to the collective agreement salary scale
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on various models of Subaru vehicles, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance while following manufacturer guidelines and Desjardins Subaru's quality standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and transparent communication.
- Identify necessary parts and contribute to in-store inventory management.
- Stay updated on new technologies and procedures to continuously improve your technical skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic/technician.
- In-depth knowledge of the mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of modern vehicles.
- Recognized automotive mechanic certification is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service.
