Maintenance workers, technicians, renovation coordinators, communications officers, customer service agents, finance directors, payroll technicians, all together, we form a beautiful family!

It also means working in three languages (English, French, and Inuktitut). We are proud to say that the organization is made up of 80% Inuit.

The OMHK is... a large family of over 225 employees working together for one cause: to offer comfortable and safe homes to Nunavimmiut (people living in Nunavik).
