Job Description We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of accountant at Mega Kia Brossard, a Kia dealership serving the Brossard area. The role reports to the accounting department and works closely with the sales and financing departments to ensure rigorous financial management of files.
Job Responsibilities
- Record sales files and ensure transaction traceability in accounting systems.
- Manage payment of financing balances and associated administrative follow-up.
- Verify sales schedules and ensure their consistency with financial documents.
- Perform other related tasks related to accounting and administrative support.
- Payroll service: process employee payroll, deductions, and related reports.
Requirements
- Background in accounting;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive field;
- Experience in accounting for automotive sales files;
- Independence, organization, and quick learning ability.
