CarrXpert and Pneuxpert Longueuil are looking for a motivated and skilled accounting clerk/technician to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about numbers and want to grow in a stimulating environment within a recognized company in the automotive sector, we would like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in collaboration with our management team.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account adjustments to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of tax declarations and expense analysis to support budget planning.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in accounting or a related field. -At least one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Knowledge of Costar and Serti software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
