Qualifications:
- Licensed Auto Body Repair Technician (310B)
- 5–10 years in collision repair
- Expertise in OEM procedures
- Team-focused with independent working capability
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
- I-CAR certifications and aluminum repair experience are advantages
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute structural and cosmetic repairs to OEM specs
- Partner with estimators & painters for workflow efficiency
- Document repairs accurately
- Maintain a safe, tidy workspace
- Keep up-to-date with OEM guidelines & ongoing training
