Requirements
- Passionate about cars and customer service
- 1+ year experience as an automotive service advisor or related role
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, DMS system experience (e.g., PBS, CDK, Keyloop Serti or any similar DMS)
- Strong communication, excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide top‑notch service by listening to customer concerns and understanding their needs
- Inspections and Quotes: Perform thorough multi‑point inspections and compile accurate quotes using MPI Software
- Warranty and Contracts: Verify warranty coverage and explain coverage and exclusions to customers
- Communication and Follow‑Up: Maintain effective communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status
- Maintenance Recommendations: Use your expertise to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer descriptions and service history
