Workshop Manager — We want to build an incredible team!
Hubelli Auto Group | Vaudreuil–Saint-Lazare Sector
$75,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience

We're looking for a frontend manager, someone who is present at the counter, capable of bringing the team together and organizing the days with calm, efficiency, and good humor.
A great job, with time to live
- 37.5 hours of work per week.
- Schedule from Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., with unpaid lunch breaks.
- Summer: four-day workweek, Monday to Thursday — Friday off!
- Three weeks of vacation from the start, up to six depending on experience and agreement.
- A salary commensurate with your experience and responsibilities.

Your role
Greet and advise customers, participate in estimates and follow-ups, coordinate work with mechanics and the advisor, and ensure the quality of service and the workshop's results.
We want to give you autonomy and space for your ideas.

You have experience in auto mechanics, customer service, or workshop management. You know how to explain without pressure, handle unexpected issues, and support your team. You understand that building trust depends just as much on good repairs as on good conversation.
