ALBI the Giant – Used Cars Mascouche
ALBI the Giant is seeking <strong>Business Development Agents</strong> to support customer loyalty and auto contract renewals. This position is suitable for people comfortable on the phone, customer service oriented, and motivated by performance, in a structured and collaborative environment.
Job Description
In close collaboration with sales managers, the business development agent contacts an <strong>existing client base</strong> to present appropriate opportunities and generate qualified appointments at the dealership.
Main Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers of the ALBI group;
- Present renewal offers and opportunities;
- Schedule and confirm appointments at the dealership;
- Document customer needs and information in internal tools;
- Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure quality follow-up.
Desired Profile
- Experience in customer service (call center, sales, reception, or others);
- Comfort with outbound calls and telephone communication;
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written;
- Autonomy, positive attitude, and customer service skills;
- No automotive experience required (training and support provided).
Working Conditions
- Permanent full-time position, on-site in Mascouche;
- Flexible day and evening hours (up to 7 PM) and some Saturdays;
- Commission-based compensation: <strong>$50,000 to $100,000+ per year</strong>, depending on performance;
