Hyundai Sherbrooke, Garage Renaud Fortier Inc., is a family business founded in Coaticook in 1992 and established in Sherbrooke in 1997. We offer new and used Hyundai vehicles and provide a full range of services, including financing and insurance. As part of our growth, we are recruiting a Director of Financial Services.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the team dedicated to financial services, insurance, and related warranties.
- Define and implement simple sales strategies tailored to customer needs: insurance, auto loans, and extended warranties.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to propose financial solutions at the point of purchase or during after-sales service.
- Set performance and customer satisfaction goals and monitor indicators to report to management.
- Manage relationships with financial partners and insurers, and ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
- Train, oversee, and develop the skills of team members.
- Optimize processes for customer qualification, needs assessment, and file processing to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
- Contribute to budget development and manage costs related to financial services.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information.
Profile Sought
- At least one year of experience in a role related to the sale of financial products or similar services is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly explain simple products and advise clients with integrity.
- Leadership and team management skills, with a team spirit and initiative.
- Organization, prioritization, and ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
- Customer service orientation and concern for transparency and ethics.
- Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
