Acura Montreal Centre is looking for a dynamic and organized Internal Advisor to join its after-sales team. The selected individual will act as a link between the sales department, the service department, and the workshop to ensure optimal vehicle preparation and efficient work coordination.
Main Responsibilities
- Open and manage internal work orders.
- Coordinate preparation, detailing, mechanical, and bodywork tasks with different departments.
- Monitor vehicle delivery deadlines.
- Prioritize work based on operational needs.
- Verify the accuracy of repairs performed and the conformity of vehicles before delivery.
- Communicate effectively with sales managers, technical advisors, and technicians.
- Handle administrative follow-up related to internal files.
- Contribute to maintaining a professional work environment focused on service excellence.
- All other related tasks.
