SPECIALIST IN CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE** Want to join a winning team passionate about automobiles? We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist who loves human interaction and wants to make a difference with each interaction!
Your daily life with us**
- Prepare customer files and ensure everything is ready for delivery
- Confirm appointments and ensure impeccable follow-up
- Deliver vehicles (new and used) and explain all features and technologies
- Introduce the after-sales department and schedule the first service appointment
- Follow up on financial products and accessories
- Answer customer questions and ensure they leave 100% satisfied
- Handle vehicle registration with the SAAQ and collect final fees
- Ensure post-delivery satisfaction follow-up

- A person passionate about customer service
- Enjoy building genuine relationships with clients, both over the phone and in person
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous
- Experience in the automotive field is an asset but not required
