Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers with enthusiasm, answer their questions, and guide them to the appropriate services.
  • Effectively handle inquiries, complaints, and returns, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth service and meet customer needs.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement by providing constructive feedback on interactions with customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience, ideally in the automotive sector, of at least 1 year.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; English is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Proficiency with computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
