Delivery Coordinator responsibilities include:
- Organize and coordinate the delivery of new and used vehicles to ensure fast and efficient service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule delivery appointments and ensure all necessary documents are in order.
- Ensure the preparation of vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are in excellent condition and reflective of our commitment to quality.
- Communicate with customers to schedule deliveries and provide updates on the status of their vehicles.
- Work closely with the after-sales service to coordinate any follow-ups or additional services related to delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- A strong customer service mindset and a passion for automobiles.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a team while being autonomous in carrying out your responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but we also welcome motivated candidates with no specific experience in this field.
