Job Description: Desjardins Ford Auto Collection is looking for a New Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. Do you have excellent organizational and planning skills? Are you recognized for your diligence, meticulousness, and attention to detail? If providing exemplary customer service is one of your strengths, we want to meet you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for delivery (visual inspection, documentation)
- Welcome customers during the handover of their new vehicle
- Explain the vehicle's features clearly and professionally
- Connect manufacturer applications and customers' mobile devices (explanation of equipment and vehicle screens)
- Ensure all delivery documents are completed and signed correctly
- Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with sales advisors, finance managers, and service to ensure smooth coordination
- Keep customer records up to date in the internal system
Job Requirements:
- Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license
- Enjoy interacting with people and have good interpersonal skills
- Be comfortable with technology
- Be organized and able to handle multiple deliveries per day
- Present a professional appearance and positive attitude
Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Availability during day and evening hours is required.
