Ville-Marie Kia, a Kia dealership in Montreal, is seeking a Detailer / Washer for a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary, to be confirmed during the interview

Job Description
You will ensure the exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, aesthetic preparation, and the care to be given to each vehicle before delivery to the customer. You actively contribute to the premium image of our dealership by maintaining cleanliness, attention to detail, and impeccable presentation of new and used vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Wash and clean vehicles according to Kia standards and internal directives
- Perform interior cleaning (vacuuming, surface cleaning, carpets, and upholstery)
- Apply finishing and protective products (wax, light detailing) and ensure vehicles are presentable
- Keep work areas clean, organize tools and cleaning products
- Report any damage, defect, or irregularity observed on vehicles
- Collaborate with the sales and after-sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements and desired skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (automobile washing/ detailing)
- Good attention to detail and customer service mindset
- Ability to work physically (standing for long periods, handling cleaning equipment)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in French; knowledge of English is an asset
- Monday to Friday schedule; flexibility depending on operational needs
