Job Description At Cowansville Mazda, a Mazda dealership in the region, we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Esthetician / Washer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior and interior washes of vehicles, polishing, vacuuming, cleaning carpets and leather, as well as applying maintenance and protection products.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery or servicing, ensuring impeccable presentation in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Use esthetic equipment and products according to procedures and safety rules.
- Detect minor aesthetic defects and collaborate with the appropriate department for touch-ups.
- Keep work areas clean and safe, and ensure recycling and waste disposal practices are followed.
- Work in coordination with sales and service teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position (automobile washer/detailer or automotive esthetician).
- Knowledge of interior and exterior detailing products and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quick, quality work.
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Availability to work flexible hours and occasionally on weekends.
- Physical endurance and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including carrying light loads.
