- Greet clients courteously and professionally.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate persons or departments.
- Take and relay messages.
- Welcome visitors and respond to their general inquiries.
- Perform administrative tasks related to reception.
- Maintain a professional presence at the dealership's reception area.
- Keep the reception space clean and organized.
