You will be the first person our customers contact and will play an important role in their experience at the dealership. Your warm welcome, professionalism, and sense of service will directly contribute to creating a positive experience for each of our visitors.
Your main responsibilities:
- Greet customers courteously and professionally;
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments;
- Respond to general customer inquiries and guide them if needed;
- Be present at the reception at the end of the day;
- Perform some simple administrative tasks;
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Schedule: - Monday to Thursday: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Friday: 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- 15 hours per week
