The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in financial services, preferably in the automotive sector or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proven analytical skills, with great attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and a willingness to go beyond expectations for clients.
• Knowledge of dealership financial processes, including F&I products, as well as familiarity with compliance regulations in the automotive industry, which is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with relevant software and technologies, including dealership management systems.
