The Position Director of Financial Services

Your Responsibilities
- Propose and sell insurance products, financing, and extended warranties to our clientele
- Coordinate vehicle financing and deliveries
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with financial institutions' standards
- Define and monitor performance indicators, prepare analyses and reports
- Train, supervise, and motivate the financial services team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and optimize client satisfaction
Profile Sought
- Minimum one year of experience as Director of Financial Services or equivalent position (references required)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Customer service and performance-oriented
- Available to work one Saturday every two weeks
- Pre-employment background check required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with computer tools and software used for managing financial services and customer relations
