We are seeking a talented and passionate Director of Financial Services (new and used vehicles) to join our team at Vimont Toyota Laval, as part of a maternity leave replacement with the possibility of continuation. As a leader in the automotive field, you will play a key role in the financial management and operations of our dealership.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of financial services, including planning, analysis, and budget management.
- Develop strategies to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with the sales teams to offer financing solutions tailored to customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and financing partners.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies.
- Train and mentor staff in financial practices.
Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent knowledge of financial products and automotive financing structures.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
