Job description
We are seeking a Sales Director specialized in financing and insurance, in order to offer a complete and transparent purchasing experience to our customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the financing and insurance process by presenting the different options clearly and professionally.
- Prepare and finalize the documentation related to automotive transactions.
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal standards and internal policies.
- Achieve and exceed the sales targets for financial products and insurance.
- Establish and maintain a trusted relationship with customers to foster their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to optimize the vehicle delivery process.
Candidate profile:
- Previous experience as a Sales Director in the automotive field (minimum 2 years).
- In-depth knowledge of financial and insurance products related to the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong administrative rigor and attention to detail.
- Professional attitude, results-oriented and customer satisfaction-focused.
