At Mont-Royal Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Inc., we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Financial Services Manager ready to join our dedicated team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all activities related to the financial services of our dealership, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve sales of financial products and services.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify financing opportunities that meet customers' needs.
- Train and mentor staff on financial products and best sales practices.
- Analyze financial performance and produce reports for management on trends and improvement opportunities.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and partners to maximize financing offers.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in management or financial services, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of financial products and sales practices.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit and the ability to motivate and develop talent within the team.
