Subaru Montreal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager (F&I) to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for guiding clients in choosing financing and insurance options while ensuring a smooth and professional purchasing experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clearly and professionally present financing and insurance options to clients.
- Obtain financing from approved lenders and negotiate terms.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Offer and explain extended warranties, insurance products, and other value-added services.
- Process all financial documents accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role in finance and insurance (preferred).
- Strong understanding of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly explain complex financial products to clients.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with relevant software and systems.
- Bilingual (French and English).
